PlayNest collects and uses limited information to provide group signup and event management features.

Information we collect

• • Event signups, waitlist status, attendance, cancellation, and session payment status
• • Manually recorded fee amounts, payment status, external payment method, receipt or transfer reference, and group-admin notes
• • Messages that you send in a private group chat
• • Notification-related identifiers needed to send push notifications
• • App usage or diagnostic information collected by integrated service providers, if applicable
• • Problem reports or suggestions you choose to submit, including your description, report category, contact preference, account role, platform, broad app area, and deployment build

How we use information

• • To create and manage user accounts
• • To allow players to join groups and sign up for events
• • To allow admins to manage groups, players, and events
• • To let approved players and group admins communicate in their private group chat
• • To send account, group, and event-related notifications
• • To support waitlists, attendance tracking, cancellation management, session payment tracking, and private manual fee records

• • To review and respond to problem reports and improvement suggestions when you permit follow-up

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support app functionality, such as hosting, authentication, database, email, and push notification services.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Group chat messages may remain visible to the group unless the related group or sender account is deleted. Feedback reports are retained as needed to investigate problems, improve PlayNest, and maintain a support history.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request updates or deletion of your account information by contacting support.

Children's privacy

PlayNest is not intended for children under 13.
